Dr Zdenka Sperling B.Sc. M.D.

Dr. Sperling’s Anti-Aging Medical Practice is located in Ambelside in West Vancouver. Dr. Sperling offers her private clients one on one consultations, helping her clients achieve an optimum level of wellness. Each patient receives a comprehensive evaluation and individualized treatment plan that is then continually optimized. To assess and monitor the patient’s health, state of the art blood tests, saliva tests and urine tests are utilized and the patient’s symptoms are monitored. To optimize each patient’s health, Dr. Sperling uses bio-identical hormones, nutritional supplements, vitamins, anti-oxidants, an individualized diet and exercise.

Our physicians are specialists in Reproductive Endocrinology and Fertility who are experts in the field of reproductive medicine. Together, our four co-directors provide more than six decades of experience in this field. HANS (Health Action Network Society) is a charitable natural health resource. HANS provides information on preventive medicine and natural therapeutics through our website, a reference library, Health Action magazine, the HANS e-News, and regular educational and networking events. Our members are like-minded people of all backgrounds, lay and professional, who share an interest in a natural approach to health care.

Nancy Van Laeken, M.D., F.R.C.S.C

Dr. Nancy Van Laeken is a fully certified Plastic Surgeon and is a member of the Canadian Society of Plastic Surgeons as well as the Canadian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

Nancy spends time with each patients, to consult with them about their options and assist them in making the right choices for their cosmetic surgery. Her goal is to help them achieve a look that is attractive, natural looking and makes them feel good about themself. She is skilled anaesthetist, ensuring optimum safety and quality care, overseeing all surgical procedures.

She is currently the Head of the Department of Surgery for Providence Health Care in Vancouver. Dr. Van Laeken is a Clinical Associate Professor, Division of Plastic Surgery, at the University of British Columbia and an active medical staff member at B.C. Children's and Women's Hospital. She was awarded one of Canada's top ten doctors in the Hospital News, January 2000!
